Leod Escapes Cancelation Policy
Deposit: A deposit of around 30% of the total tour cost is charged to reserve your place on the tour. This reserves your motorcycle, at the rates and dates specified for the tour, and covers the deposits needed for your bike, accommodations and track day participation if applicable. The deposit is non-refundable but it can be used on another tour the same year or following year. Realize Leod Escapes often can’t get money back from vendors. So we loose money when you cancel.
Balance: The balance of your tour amount is due 45 days prior to the tour start date.
Canceling: Any Cancellation over 45 days before the start date, you will loose only the deposit. The deposit can be used as credit towards another tour in the same or following year. Any cancellations under 45 days you will lose the entire amount, as we have to have paid all the vendors and suppliers to secure special rates. If you must cancel Leod Escapes allows and indeed urges you to transfer or sell your tour slot to a friend. Leod Escapes values our reputation among the motorcycling community and enjoys repeat business from enthusiastic customers. It’s not in our benefit to operate at a loss but it is in Leod Escapes best interest that you feel you are treated in a fair and equitable manner.
